You also DONT Need 300+ HP in your Z.

For some people a 170hp inline 4 cylinder would do just fine...but its nice to have my 306 hp V6.

Get my point?? You dont NEED LSD, but it would be nice to have for a SPORTS car.

Would you need it in a toyota Rav 4? Probably not...

Better to have LSD than not. Plus your picking up a lot of other goodies for around $1500 by getting Enthusiast over Base.

Does it? Lol...

Sry bad example, I was just pulled a car out of my ***...

literally.

jk but Yea I think he still got my point.

I just figure that if your going to spend around 30k for your car, whats an extra 1500 to do it right the first time??

Its most likely goin to cost you more than that if you installed an aftermarket LSD, plus warranty problems, and the fact that you get other goodies.

When the dealer was looking for an 07 they could have gotten me any color I wanted in Base but I just couldnt accept it...Which is why I ended up going with a Solar Orange Enthusiast. Plus I am loving the color after being weary at first.

Anybody that is serious about tracking their car will switch out the factory LSD for an aftermarket unit anyway.

Technically, no. But, I'm getting a rollbar for the car this winter and have plans of stripping the car, fully caging it, gutting the doors, and making it a track car within 2 years or less depending on money.

I've been to a couple of tracks a few times and I'm addicted. It's all I think about anymore. I admit, I could power out of corners better with an LSD, but right now the car will drift at will MOST times even with an open diff. Driving a very smooth line will keep both tires spinning most times, if you give it a jerky input then usually the inside wheel will start spinning.
