hey guys, do somebody have a contact to ultimatez? I ordered some parts 2month ago!! No package, they got the money and no answer to my 3 mails till now....

I wrote to chris@ultimatez.com and shop@ultimatez.com but nothing!

i bought some high flow cats from them about six months ago. they where ok, the communication wasn't the best. good luck. may dispute it with the cc company.

 

talk to the credit card company and get your credit back in your card.

This is one of the most comfortable sites, but I would suggest to directly call Chris at the UltimateZ. Up to my experience this is the only option to comunicate with them, but this way they are very responsive.
Don't try email, they will not answer.

ok, I made my order early Oktober and I'm still waiting! I tried to call ultimatez but I think I dail the wrong number....

They're waiting for a delivery from stillen, that's why I didn't get anything yet.
I told him, he should check his mails (wrote him 3 times) and maybe inform the customer if he can't deliver! Would be much better for customer satisfaction!
