Thumbs down Devastating Process Dealing with ((TheNismoShop.com))

I order Dual NISMO Intakes & Front Chin Spoiler >> from (( TheNismoShop.com )) they were order on 12.20.2007.

They called me and told me that they were on back order until like mid January, I was like fine. A few days later I called and talk to someone in parts shop,I told them to make sure they call me the day before they charge my card . They stated they put a note on the order, and will contact me regarding the order before it shipped.

Now few weeks go by and now it’s like almost end of this month, they call and stated that it’s not going to ship until like February.. Fine))


I was Home on my PC at about 8:00pm 01-17/2008, I get like 9 E-mails from them saying my order was Shipped!!!!.

I was so pissed because they did not call me like they stated they would do before they ran my card.

I called parts and talked to.. Name less guy, he was pretty Big! twitch to me and acted like I had no right to ask them to contact me before they charged my card


So now I’m pretty pissed and I ask them to pull my order for Front Chin Spoiler.

They said fine and I get off phone.


Next day I check the tracking online with UPS. GUESS WHAT !!! Because they are so Smart and are so organized!! They Called UPS and told them to send back NISMO Intake!!!

So now I’m really PISSED"" I call them back and they try and act like I told them to pull back both orders, in which I did not.

So they now tell me they going to call UPS and tell them not to ship the order back to them and ship it to me. So day after day I’m tracking the orders online and it’s still saying package is still on its way back to CA. So now at same time I’m sending E-mails to Nismo.Parts people""telling them they need to contact UPS because it’s still showing it’s on its way back to CA


So they wait to the very last day of order to call UPS.

So becaues they waited UPS ends up shipping the NISMO order back to them.


So now I’m really pissed off at this point, and I call them back, they tell me they going to ship another one out for me..


I will never order from them again,,!!!

Performance Nissan !! Rocks!!

I never had any problems with them and will order all of my parts from them.

Cliffs Notes:
Ordered Nismo Intakes and chin spoiler.
WCN backordered.
Wanted to be notified a day before charges went through when products were back in stock.
Was not notified.
Called, complained, canceled order for Chin Spoiled.
WCN canceled both orders, saying per customer.
WCN recalled package.
Customer wants WCN to un-recall package.

Umm....why did you want them to call you before they charge it on your card? Seems like thats what fcked everything up. If you didnt want a part, you shouldnt have placed the order for it in the first place. You're confusing; it shows in your writing so I say you fcked up, not the nismoshop.

When I typed that up, I was at work still working and rushing.

I fully understand that it's not smooth as should have been.

The point of the post was to vent, and express how bad of job they did taking my order.

I asked for call back because they stated to me that they did know when they were going to ship my order.

This guy is frustrated with his problem. He posted in here and he got a bunch of people doing grammar check on him????!!????
I am not and english major and I understood what he was trying to say.


Hope you get your problem solved, dude!!!























Now I know some one will do a spell check on my "I am not AND english...", right?

So, wait, you were so pissed that they sent out the intakes sooner than you thought (of course they were going to charge you) that you canceled another order that you had placed. Honestly, I think that if things are so tight that you need them to call you before they charge your card, you shouldn't be buying the intakes. By the way, were they also suposed to call you before they charged your card for the front lip as well?

I always order form thenismoshop.com. They're always quick to notify you if something is backordered, and shipping is fast when things are in stock.

You have no chance to survive make your time.




You should have been told that you would have been charged once the item is shipped, right when you inquired about the part. Most likely they put your name down for an order and once it came in, they charged you, since you requested the part from them.
