lol i don't hate him, i hate the fact he won't refund and im having to go thru this much trouble. maybe i will get lucky and fed ex will lose the packages after i ship them. then they will just have to refund me

Eh, I am just trying to figure out how it was buyer's remorse? Someone, anyone, explain how that is the sole reason Kramy is asking for a refund? The clues are on this thread, ONCE AGAIN!
Buyer's remorse would have meant as soon as he allegedly hated the sound of the exhaust he would contacted Kay and tried to see what they could do about the purchase, right? That's buyer's remorse. BUT the fact is, once he hated the sound he actually put up a FOR SALE THREAD! Now, if he had buyer's remorse why would he put up a thread to sell it? Wouldn't he be trying everything he could instead to get his money back!?
He did not request for the money back UNTIL he got the exhaust taken off and found the crap that was given to him.
So, we now can conclude based on FACTS from the 2 threads alone that:

Here's my private message to the seller of my new exhaust, arranging to have it picked up on wens being i need a new one since mark was coming to take it off my hands, and i didnt want to drive around, with no exhaust.

I was in fact rushed, and i never in fact got to see the JIC once it was taken off. I dropped my car and my new exhaust off at the shop and went to get food. I came back, my new exhaust was on, and my car was outside the shop. I immediately took my car about 20 minutes away to meet someone up to sell my stillen wing.

and here's another PM from the guy who bought Mark's exhaust arranging to have his taken off and his new one installed for $50, which is a hell of alot less than any shop would charge. My mechanic specified that when will got there, after about 20 minutes they just walked back there. I dont see why mark never did this. He also said mark went to the back of the shop to use the restroom and the exhuast was laying right there, he could have inspected it, had he had any sense at all.
Everything was prearranged, to make everything as smooth as possible. I sold my stillen wing, came back to the shop and even waited past the time i had alotted myself to get to work on time, to make sure mark got there. Mark arrived and we had a quick conversation and i had to head to work. My words were: you can wait wherever, or just go into the front of the shop and talk to the owner he's a cool guy, I gotta head to work, so let me know how everything goes. Mark: Okay, nice meeting you. Me: you too man, take it easy.
I'll be happy to take screenshots of the pm's if you don't believe me :]
I've dont nothing but be as honest and straight up as possible from the get go, and ill state again, had mark come to me like a man instead of a whining child who dropped his ice cream and wants mommy to buy him a new one, i would have worked things out the way they were supposed to be worked out. Man to man; I'm not going to go out of my way to help someone who at the drop of a hat went out of his way to ruin my name and reputation on a site i spend alot of my time at. If he had WAITED FOR ME TO CALL HIM, like i said I WOULD when i had time ( not at work ) none of this would ever be public and this issue would have been worked out properly.

lol dude you told me i could not go back there i had to wait up front. like i said before if you did not know thats what the exhaust looks like thats fine. but you do now and you are still doing nothing. so where does that leave us.
