i guess people dont understand that there are different settings on dynos that read different ways dynojet setting and then you can have the info put in by sensors that are at the dyno that tell it air press and hum. the altt. and all that factors that why people have dynojets they have the same setting so ppl from (canada can compair with someone else in texas)

and i had my car dyno without any of the mods on i did this and ive been through 3 oil changes i did the test a few months ago ive add all my mods within the past 2months

 

Is that just the oil or the oil plus a RSX oil filter?

 

 

wait a minute.... so you got 215 on a stock z, added mods, went through a few oil changes, gained 15hp, and you're claiming it's the OIL that caused the gain and not the MODS?

listen this is what happend.....drove to the shop stock dynoed my car...215 yes i no its low its the dyno changed the oil after the dyno.put new oil in car dynoed 230. left shop....now within the next 2 months i put the mods on my car i have not dynoed my car since i put the 1st mod on it and the 1st mod wasnt put on untill 3 weeks after this test

 

Actually they did a dyno comparison on the same engine at the same temp on the same dyno and the engine made like 5hp and 8ftlbs on HorsePowertv over the weekend.

15hp is quite a large difference but if you changed viscosities its not out of the question.

That gain is hard to believe... 15 hp from oil??? What am I doing spending all that money on other mods than....
