OP are you getting good results from the transmission gear oil, Differential gear oil, Power steering fluid, Brake and clutch fluid too? Is your Air conditioning system refrigerant acting like nos?

youre only getting $50. thats not enough for both. plus, OP isnt lying. oil change mods are the best bang for the buck.

This man speaks the truth. He holds the record for the 07 1/4 mile time.

Maybe what he had in there wasn't engine oil...... maybe, just maybe it was... vegetable oil... and then with the change of proper oil brought about this impressive gains.... either that or he also took out the spare for those kind of gains

either one of those bizarre scenarios or i call bs too.

Laugh if you want, and I know this PROBABLY isn't the case in this thread, but I've seen a 15hp fluid change. A guy over on e46fanatics went from BMW "Lifetime" tranny fluid and differential fluid, and changed his oil, all with Royal Purple fluids. Dyno'd a 15hp change. NOW, that's a little different scenario, considering the fluids probably had a LOT of mileage on them and probably weren't winning the battle against friction.

You said you dynoed 2 months ago correct? In your first post, you said you've had 3 oil changes and put 9000 miles on this oil and it runs great, are you saying you did 9000miles in less than 2 months?

this reminds me, vivid here in AZ were advertising something like this a few months ago with motul oil. had a dyno day. guaranteed people that have not used motul ever in there car to come an get a oil change with this oil and it would yield "10-12 hp" after the oil change. and if it didnt they would pay for the oil change.

Op did you also change the blinker fluid.

That may also have contributed to your 15 whp gain

If you want power, go for the 20% tint. Trust me, my back-end breaks loose in 3rd gear.
