Default motor mount/dealer fix question

i recently just got my motor replaced with the V2 due to oil consumption at west covina nissan, but now when i take hard turns i can hear a really loud thump, im guessing WCN didnt put the mounts on right. now i live approx 40 miles away from WCN and just would rather take it to the dealer that is 3 miles away from me. do you guys think that the dealer closer to me will fix the motor mount issue with no problem? or should i just take it back to WCN?

it technically shouldn't matter which dealership you bring it to

is it still under warranty? because if it is, it doesn't matter where you take it. i bought my Z from a dealer 1 hr away, and had my local dealership fix it with no problems, or questions asked.

do whatever you feel like you need to do, but why not explain the situation to one of the mechanics at the closer dealership first and see what they say.

40 miles? I'd take it to the place that screwed it up.

I would take it 40 miles to the dealer that screwed it up. Its only like 40 miles. Do it now, before you regret it. You probably just have a loose motor mount. That is easy for them to fix.

If the job was done improperly, I would take it to the shop that did the original work. Why would one dealer fix another’s screw ups.

That's happened to me before, and they're quite rude about it too.

I say drive the 40 miles, it's not that bad of a drive. Better to be safe than sorry!
