So, this morning I was on my way to the bus station, when I had to go through a inspection sticker check. I get almost through it and wave at the one cop. The other cop yells at me to pull over. I go to the side and he tells me he didn't notice a license plate on the front of my car. I told him cause I bought it in PA (FING MORON). After he was embarassed he mentioned something that I was speeding (Which I know I was doing 35 in a 40), he told me to slow it down and left. I revved the motor when I left and pulled hard on the gears.
Basically, I knew he f-ed up cause he didn't ask for any of my paper work. Just another dumb pig. And the best part is that my dad knows the guy and I told him to go bust his ***** about it. Can't wait

Yeah, that cop sounds like he was nuts! He saw that Z car and said let me give it to him, i'll ask him where his front plate is and that will really show him. Then when he asked you to slow down, wow, your lucky he didn't tell you something real crazy like have a nice day or drive safe. Wow, who do these guys think they are? I mean really, who can't tell a car is from PA just by looking at the front of it? Don't they give these guys some kind of training or super powers or something? I'm glad you showed him by revving your motor and telling Daddy! I bet he won't do that anymore.

he could have atleast circled the car, who knows the car could have been brand new with a paper tag and thus no front plate. It sounds like he was just trying to hassle you.. NJ cops are weird like that.

Cops have always been cool with me. I probably get out of getting a ticket 50% of the time. I deserve all of them. But they seem to be nice about it and let me go.
The ticket I got in the Z was going to Denton to a city auction. I was running late as always and came off the freeway going about 90. I looked to my right and there he was. I just slowed down and waited for him to get there. He said he clocked me going 86 in a 35 and asked all the typical questions. He told me I had a nice car and he would probably do the same. He ended up giving me a ticket for 59 in 35 so I could still take defensive driving. He really didnt have to do that.
Moral of the story. Cops treat people as they are treated. You dont believe me watch COPS one day youll see.

who can't tell a car is from PA just by looking at the front of it?
I would think he could tell the difference between a NJ inspection sticker and a PA inspection sticker. Maybe they're not that smart in Long Island.
Oh, and Dad's a Disabled American Veteran. He knows him through the Marine Corps League.
guerojo's just another example of a lame troll on this sight.

Not so nice here in nyc. I've been pulled over quite a few times and I've been given a ticket at least 90% of the time. I just fight them in court, better odds of beating the ticket. At least 1 out of 3 times I've been pulled over for no front plate they let me go. The other tickets are a 50/50 fight. Most of the time they give the excuse of superiors giving pressure to them to ticket for everything the see. ON a positive note, one officer did suggest how to get out of the ticket. Suggestion: take a picture of the plate on the front of the car and plead not guilty w/explanation, waiting for front mounting bracket on order.
Looks like I’ll be fighting another ticket. J -m

Sorry guerojo... the comment was quoted from jckolnturn.
It was late at night and must have copied the wrong name.

I'm no troll and i'll refrain from the immature name calling, but if something happens to you, god forbid, like an accident or something take car of it yourself since you are so smart and don't call the police.
