when they lemon your car they give you back what you paid minus the mileage...you have to be the only person that nissan settled that quickly with on their car having only 1 repair done. they should be sending you letter scan it and post it

UPDATE 5/5/08

1 1/2 week ago... they were finalizing my numbers and said everything was good and now all they were waiting for is a surrender agent to call....

today surrender agent called and i am scheduled to surrender my car to west covina nissan on friday yay !!!

Wow! You are quick to take their offer.

I had an offer within 3 days of my attorney contacting them. I refused it and pressed for a better offer. I got $9,000 plus repair everything, plus traded it in for a new one.

Maybe it's just me, but getting part of your money back isn't worth all of the hassle and time lost.
