As stated,the seats aren't GT specific and neither are the rims on the Roadster. Also, navi is still an option on the GT and standard.

if it says GT in the contract then sue em, but if it doesn't say anything about being a GT then just buy the brembos

You should go to court. The judge won't care what nissan has to say about third party advertising. Your judgement will be strictly on the fact that the advertisment said it was a gt which you did not get as it was posted in your paper work. I know my dad is a lawyer.

i know i got GT wheels, orange seats, and nismo intake but i was thinking wrong..thanks for changing my mind guys =) hm..i shouldn't worry about wheels and orange seats cause it came with GT anyways...

You guys need to lighten up on the OP. The talk of lawyers is pointless as is debating how screwed he is/was.

I haven't seen him post any real details on the car, no stickers, contracts or anything else that would allow the public to make an informed decision about what happened.

As with any other story - there are two sides and hearing only one never really paints the complete picture.
