As with any other story - there are two sides and hearing only one never really paints the complete picture.
im working right now so i'll post some documents when i get home tonight.

thanks again guys.

it says 350Z Grand Touring Roadster 2D and i dont have the certified paper with me so i told them to find it out for me
this is the most reason i bought this car..cause its GT..

this is two other wrong 350Z grand touring info on Gwinnett Nissan's Website
and i will take some picture when i go to nissan dealership tomorrow.

this is my lovely Z..i couldn't find my car on website because i think they remove it right after i bought it.

hope these documents are meanigful

here is link to Gwinnett Nissan's inventory

http://www.gwinnettplacenissan.com/o...used_inventory

P.S first owner is the manager of Giwnnett Nissan and he knew it was touring cause it was his car but he sold his car to the Gwinnett Nissan Dealership and he got the GT prices for trade-in his car and nobody didn't know it was 350Z Touring =( how sad..

Sorry about my bad English.

Looking at the sticker, it did state Grand Touring.

Oh this is a “used” 350Z. Doesn’t matter what any of the documentation says. You bought it. You own it. BTW it is a beautiful 350Z.

KBB is a poor gauge of the car's worth

Regardless, it does have GT rims, but definitely not a GT

Aha! The plot thickens. How did you find out the info that he got GT prices for the trade-in?

The dealership appears to have some shysters. Amazing amount of crap listed on the sales slip that you wisely turned down. The first document doesn't say GT, but it also says 350Z not 350ZR.
The buyers guide certificado may be your passport against them as well as the advertising, if you can produce it. A judge won't look kindly at their sloppy paperwork. I'd squeeze their nuts. They deserve it and you don't deserve less that what you expected, if this is the whole case.

This thread is like going out for dinner, eating the steak then telling your waitress that it wasn't good so your not paying.

If you took the car without inspecting it 1st, drove it home and had it a while then once reality sunk it checked it over to find out that the cars the wrong model style from what you picked and paid for. Whose fault is that? The dealer saw you as easy pray to unload a Z that no one probably is going to buy.
"there's an *** for ever seat"

Although i do have a Spanish customer off the boat so to say that had an Armada for about 5 months when we found out that although the dealer sold the car to him as BRAND NEW, it was in fact in an accident. He was lucky on this one and got a brand new car and some extra non paid for feature's as well. Now thats a CASE!!!

I agree. Produce the proper paperwork have a judge take a look at it. Threaten them with all you have. Like I said if they "believed" they had won then they wouldn't have offered you all those deals.

i will translate the first statament on the paperwork....

"BUYER'S GUIDE
Important: Verbal promises are very difficult to honor. Make sure the seller writes all promises down, please keep this form"

and it states the car as being a 350Z GRAND TOURING ROASTER 2D
case closed. You win!

Go to court, don't let them push you over. Because if you let them walk all over you, they will keep doing it to you and others. I hate lying, deceitful dealers.

All in all you paid for something other than what you wanted and was quoted for. That right there makes for a good case if it's on the paper being what you paid for and the car is not that. simple as that.

If you're referring to the document (the white document in spanish) that tells whether the car has a warranty or not, that's meaningless. It's about as official as the online advertisement. Neither his purchase document (the yellow one) nor Odometer Certificate says anything about it being a Grand Touring and those are the "real" official, legal documents.

When you buy a used car, there is no way for the dealer to tell what if any OEM parts have been replaced or swapped. That's why you are buying the car as a "Nissan 350Z 2 Door", the trim levels are meaningless except as a bargining point. The existance or lack of options will adjust the price of the car, not the stated claim of "grand touring" or "base".

QFT I have seen this ALOT when I went looking for a used 350z. Of course I saw it mostly at non-nissan dealers where they were not really up on the 350 like a Nissan dealer should be.

Dealers seem to have a lot of trouble with these cars and I think it might be because the 350 doesn't have its trim level on the outside of the car anywhere like most cars do.

I think the OP is pretty hosed but he got a nice car and shouldn't worry about it.

Let me get this straight. . . .
You are Oriental, but you bought a car with the documents in Spanish and you didnt know the difference between the GT and the T?

Sounds like you made your own nest.
Paperwork in Spanish = me not buying a car from them
