Second, it sounds like it goes beyond just being sloppy. It sounds like they are turning a trick. Here's how I see this working:
-Dealership has new 350ZR Touring on the lot
-Employee (manager) buys said 350ZR Touring at employee discounts for 350ZR Touring pricing
-Employee drives car for 2X,XXX miles
-Employee decides to get a new 350Z
-Employee sells 350ZR Touring to dealership for 350ZR GRAND TOURING pricing (he's the manager so I wonder how hard it would be to pull off...Hmmm..)
-Dealership sells used 350ZR Touring to yogi for 350ZR GT pricing
-Employee and dealership end up ahead
-Yogi is one screwed dude
I'd definitely take this to court. The proof you have of selling you the wrong car is very strong and the circumstantial evidence that the dealership and manager were in cahoots is enough to deter them from fighting you and could even get the dealership investigated.
Speaking of investigated, I believe there is an agency in most states that handles dealerships directly/specifically. There's a similar thread from someone on here that talks about this option in more detail. Apparently, the agency investigated the dealership and they gave up to avoid fines, etc. he had further problems, but that was not related.

What blastoff is trying to say is that Nissan is a manufacturer and not related to the dealership's decision to rip you off. The dealership is who you should hate, not the manufacturer. If you go to a used music store and they sell you a CD and the CD is scratched, do you now hate the band?
GL to you.
BTW, what is your native language?

I talked to 3 manager who work for nissan and they said i'm sorry blablabla
they also told me that I can't get my money back and its not their resposbility...
what a BS
i know i should've check everything before sign on the paper but i couldn't tell the difference..
like i said all the paper shows 350ZR GT =(
anyways they kept saying that the Autotrader, Printer company's fault =( Reason that i got mad cause the Nissan boss came up to me and he didn't say anything to me first and then he told me "SEE YOU AT THE COURT" and he left...
thats why i got pissed off... =(
i know there is not that difference between GT and T and I got GT wheels and GT seats and shitty feeling inside of my mind.
GT got Brembo® braking system Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC) and T doesn't..
They said they will give me the Z-tech(clean the engine and stuff i can use it for twice a year, this coupon valid for 3yrs ($399), and unlimited free car wash (but normal coupon got 3yrs for $99 but i get unlimited) and 9 times free engine oil change (about $400) and EMPLOYEE discount on brembo break and also employee discount on install (i've heard that they get 50% off or more)
Shoud I take this offer and drive a Z around?
or should I sue them?
P.S sorry about my bad English.

It is well established that each car trim comes with certain options not available on the other, lower trim model. Just because you signed and accepted delivery of a GT does not mean that you were delivered same. Moreover, the difference between the two is not only in money (thus, meaning you overpaid for what you received or failed to receive what you paid for) but the differences between the two models, especially in your case, are non visual. Thus, you were unable to accurately determine what you received was indeed what you signed for. The dealer has an obligation to deliver the product as promised by the manufacturer to you. They did not! Whomever or whereever the error occured is of no concern to you (although it is a headache beyond belief), but since you dealt with that particular dealership, it is their responisbility to deliver you the car promised or give you back the difference between the costs of the two models (keeping in mind the value of the options your T had been installed with). I would not take **** from them, but call Nissan of North America and write a letter to that effect. What they are offering is piece of mind for themselves and does not equal the peace of mind you have lost and paid for.
sorry for the novel.

did you bother to read the thread? yes that would be true for a new car, but this is a used one. all the dealer has to do in this case is have something that says "car sold as is" , no matter what is written anywhere. plus again, he got the car for 3K less than what it is listed for KBB so where is the refund at? nothing the OP has shown proves that the dealership promised to provide a Grand Touring Z
Either way I think he got ripped off. I bought my 2006 GT coupe at the same dealership where he bought his convertible from.
I bought mine for 23g out the door with 22k miles. So I'm guessing I got a hell of a deal compared to how much he got it for, which is 28grand out the door for a NON-GT.

I wouldn't take the car, if the description isn't what it is. Definitely get a lawyer ASAP before your next payment hits. There are many instances that dealers overstate the description of their cars, it will continue to happen. Nissan isn't the only one that comes up with so many trims, go to Toyota, you'll be surprise how many different trims for their 4runners. If you had research a little bit, this wouldn't happen. I wouldn't let the dealer put the Brembos on, I would just ask them to lower the payment, or take another car.

Thanks, however.
the only thing that even says GT is that stupid paper that is in spanish.
The sales agreement did not say anything unless I missed it.
I dont think you are gonna get far with this over this stupid sticker thing on the window. Maybe though because the VIN is on it. That is about the only change you have

Yogipower, I can tell you that Gwinnett Place Nissan does not want the bad press. You have a stronger upper hand than you realize.
I dont know if you know the history on Gwinnett Place nissan but they have a long one. They have had incidences like this and others of mis-labeling cars, selling higher than they should, and stating specs that arent present on certain new and pre-owned vehicles. They try to just write off each case with some freebies that to them are worth pennies but to you seems worth a lot so it seems like everyone is happy
If you remember They used to be on off Satellite and something else in a that tiny spot across the street from BMW. They just moved recently in the past year or two to that new Large luxurious looking location. Since then, they have jacked up prices on just about everything to make a sale and help pay for that expensive lot. They cant afford to have bad press put out there about this dealership because it can do more harm to them that they need right now as they have a steep bill to pay.
I'm not sure if you signed something agreeing to the freebies and to not sue or that you are content with the vehicles condition and specs.
It really just boils down to you. If your okay with what happened and you can swallow it, move on and not feel bad then thats up to you.
Each dealership is independently owned but you can still call nissan corp and complain and they can still put a hammer down if needed. Especially with Nissan's Flag ship car!
I pass by that dealership almost daily. Looks good but the people and management there are cut throat ugly.
edit: and now that I think about it, all they have to do is throw some freebie at you, and a few months down the line decided to stop giving them to you. What can you do them? nothing, you would have been driving the car daily, putting miles, and your chance of getting what you should get fades into the distance
