Got a call today from the local Greensboro dealership wanting to discuss the service history of my car. What a joke. They did not give a ratts butt when my tires feathered (2005, yes I know it does not qualify) and when my clutch pedal kept sticking to the floor. I could not even get a return phone call....

Guess if you can't sell them, you might as well try to service them.
