regardless of what a car looks like to me if the owner cares more about how it looks than how it goes it tends to fall into the rice catagory.

i agree with the two people above me. if the body kit is not functional in some way (and some are) than it is just a waste of money. the Z has stunning looks stock. but at the same time, if you like the way something looks than buy it, its your life, you car, and your money. dont let people ruin your sh*t because they dont like it. you are always bound to find someone that is going to tell you any given thing is ugly/stupid/pointless/etc...

"Rice" is only in the eye of the beholder. You shouldn't be worried about what others think of something you like. If you like a bodykit that you saw in Toykyo Drift or where ever, then go out and get it. Also you should stay in scholl or go back to school because your spelling and grammar needs some improvement.

Take your time and look around. There are thousands of Z's out there with lips, spoilers, wings , canards, bodykits, carbon fiber this, fiberglass that, and urethane whatever. You name it, it's on a Z.
Some of it looks incredible, some does'nt. I've always looked at the way a person does a car as a reflection of their personal taste. I don't pick on people for their choices, it's just rude.

I totally agree with everything you write. However, don't nitpick about OP's spelling and grammar, i.e., look at your own mistakes.

I wouldn't consider a Z with a kit a rice rocket. I'd call a Z with a 300lb stereo and no mods with an owner who thinks hes fast to be a rice rocket

it's more so the owner that makes the car ricer. I think the attitude, and how someone holds themselves amongst a car community is a more decisive factor on what is or isn't rice. I.E. 2 different guys with the same car, one gives respect as much as he earns it, the other guy demands it and wants to race and be stupid all the time, thinks his car is king ****. bottom line, if you like the kit, get it. if you tried to listen to everyone's opinions, you would have a ton of parts that don't look good together.

true. if you go around revving your car all the time and looking like an idiot, lol, then yeah, u might be considered rice. I think alot of people would call my car rice, but i think everything i have blends in good together. I have the tokyo drift body kit

I agree! There are always haters out there and no matter what, someone is going to think your car is stupid. If you like it, put it on. I would ask yourself is it worth the money and if it is and you like it, do it!
