Keep the VIN Soup Cooking!
Its finally in!
Here's my update:
Silverstone Touring 6MT all options except Aero and NAV
VIN: ....2037
Ordered 2/9
SXXXXX Order Number
Original Delivery date when received VIN? 9/30/02
Actual delivery date? 9/20/02 (After almost 9 months of waiting, I get the call from the dealer while I'm away!!!!
)
Z pickup date: 9/24/02
Conicelli Nissan in Norristown, PA
They did a great job of keeping me informed. Great service.
Now for some driving....

Almost as lonely as V's are U's, of which there are only (2) - Zonedogg and myself....and Zonedogg received his VIN yesterday.

Just checked out the soup.....I guess I'm going with salt free salt!
Checked to see how many other early pre-orderers still are sharing my misery. Too Many! Last I heard was for me to expect my Z in November....
I noticed that there are no cars delivered to people with an order # beginning with "T".

Answer- no VIN, just a delivery month of November!!?!!!!!?!!!!
I've been driving a 92 caddy since I sold my car for the Z- please lord don't make it November now.
Ordered 3/21..."T" number and no VIN...nothing but the original October 30th + or - 10 days.
Well- since other T's are starting to get VINs and delivery dates- I called NNA.
Answer- no VIN, just a delivery month of November!!?!!!!!?!!!!

No word yet..
As of Monday, still no word on a VIN. Supposedly getting a first week of November delivery (W-order #). Keeping fingers crossed that I'll hear something in the next week or so. If I do, this group will hear it first.

Vin update
Stopped by the dealer yesterday, finally got my order # T293133. They also have the last 6 of the vin .....004197. Still caliming it won't be in untill the first of November, and it will be their last preorder to arrive.
