I have tried to do my research and find the weight of my 03 350Z Touring and im getting a lot of different numbers. Someone told me that the weight on the inside of my door includes a full tank of gas and also my est weight and a passengers est weight also? I was wondering if anyone could help me bc im trying to put the correct numbers into the new Dynolicous program for my ipod touch, so i can really see how accurate this program is?

a stock 03 touring weighs right around 3200 pounds. yours is most likely heavier than that because of your wheels.

04 Enthu is 3197. Thats with the spare and tools also. I believe 03 Base was the lightest Z.

 

They told you wrong. That's the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating. Its actually the capacity of the suspension system.

your car is avg. est. 3200 lbs. if u want the exact estimate go and get it weighed.

 

Most waste yards have a scale. If there is one around you, toss em a few bucks and they will probably weigh it for you.

Look at your title - it'll state the weight of your car. Additionally, I don't know if TN does this, but on NY State's Registration Paper it also lists the weight of the car. Both weights listed on my title and registration are identical, I went and weighed the car myself...and got the same number again, full tank of gas, etc.

My 2006 Touring weighs 3247lbs with a full tank of gas -- Nissan says 3330, which is BS. 06s are about 40lbs heavier than 03-05s, because of an updated interior, and the addition of an extra support brace here and there.
