Sorry grandpa, I enjoy drinking a few beers on the weekends. I'm not the maniac driving 160mph in a 35 zone so wasted I can't see the road. I had four beers from 5:00-10:30 when the accident ocurred. It doesn't take much to be over the limit. I'm responsible, was abiding by the speed limit, driving in MY lane when the girl veered over and hit ME. When she jumps out of the car apologizing and saying she missed her turn and didn't see me when she cut in my lane, that pretty much sums up who's fault it was, dont yeah think?
So thanks for your concern, but I'm a big boy and can handle myself.

drinking and driving is stupid. But 4 beers in 5 hours i think he was ok. Glad its all working out i dont believe you have to have a police report to use insurance i have done it without. If you have a wreck in a school etc. the cops wont go because its private property so that goes to show you that you dont need one. Best of luck with the car dont let these guys get to you.
