walk into the dealer, its easy to ignore a customer when it isnt face to face. you will not get anything accomplished if you shoot emails and leave voicemails..

I'm always scared of this...I took my car to the dealer yesterday and took pictures all around the car outside of the service area noting its condition before it is given to them.

Go straight to the top.
Contact the owner of the dealership.

well you can't leave the place and then call them back to tell them of the damage, you have to alert them before leaving and hopefully you had a walk around when dropped it off and there was no damage.

how do they know it happened at their place

A couple of steps need to be taken:
1. Go to the dealership around closing time
2. Watch out for the service rep, watch and see what car he gets in
3. Come back another day, key his car

An eye for an eye, tooth for tooth

1. Talk face to face
if that doesn't work..
2. Call dealer owner
if that doesn't work..
3. Call Nissan USA
