Default Another dealer rant!

OK so I have an 04.5 model and it has 39 XXX miles so I had the rear axle clicking issue. So i get there and the manager says no problem we will have it looked right after. After an hour of waiting they finally came over and say well your rear axles are not clicking, and we have discovered that your rear sway bar links are the problem. I was like ok is my car on the hoist and he replied no we put it back in the yard.

They wouldn't even show me the problem and pretty much pushed me out the door . I then called and after i left and asked if i could prove it wasn't my sway bars will they fix it. He said ya sure no problem so i took the sway bars out and tada still clicking from the axle. I even asked two other lisenced mechanics and they said it was for sure an axle. So I called him back and they said bring it back in. But I didn't bother I am not wasting my time with them anymore I hate dealers!

Is the axle a warrenty issue or a tsb? and what does tsb stand for?

axle is part of the powertrain, and therefore will be covered under the 5/60 warranty. just go to a different dealer.
