On a serious side of things. Amsoil, Redline, Penzoil Platnum, M1 are the best oils.

Stay away from RP If you care about your car.

always changing it before 3000 miles

I dont understand why so many people hate RP oil. Ive used it in my previous car and my current Z and I have had no problems whatsoever. Not to mention there all basicly the same quality of Synthetic Oil as brands go like Mobile 1, Castrol ect picking one to use is subjected to how much of a hit you want your wallet to take.

 

All oil is the same, most are produced at the same plants mixed together.. then branded differently.

Same goes a lot for most gas. You can buy mobile gas from Mobile and XXXX gas station will have the same exact refined gas. Sometimes mobile will even buy gas from shell and hess refineries and vice versa if they underestimate demand.

I worked at Hess corporate for a couple years and this is exactly what happens.
