Ok so I've been watching this thread's post count increase at such an alarming rate that I just had to see wtf was up. So I got through the first 15 pages and was curious if I had dealt with this guy (Alex) before. Come to find out this is the dude I bought my HKS F-con V pro / Navigator and Knock amp from in July for $2500.00.
Quick side story: I had Japtrix install my APS twin turbos several months ago. Install went great and mechanically everything was fine but something electronically is causing a nightmare of a problem. Car has been at the shop for over 3 weeks now. Rodger calls me today and guess what's wrong? DEFECTED F-CON. They are not sure what part is ***'d up but I'm hoping its just the harness.
Anyway I not saying anything just yet because this he did seem like a decent guy at the time, but also seems likely that I got scammed too. Just thought I chime in with that. Should know more tomorrow.

That probably wasn't his fault, especially considering you bought it in July. That's 6 months ago. Alot of F-CON's have problems. For a while there, just about everyone shipped out had a problem with it. There was something wrong with them. I can't remember what, but I honestly don't think that was his fault.

As for his GF, I would leave her out of discussion... there is no solid proof that she is associated to his actions... only that she's his GF and just assumptions. That's not a reason to blame a person for another's actions...

Like I said, not accusing anyone of anything. Just thought it was interesting. Besides the install was not 6 mons. ago. Its was about 3 months ago and there been problems from the begining. Anyway it is what it is.

-OP wanted Wheels from Seller, sends $2300, but does not receive wheels or tracking info, only receives excuses (weather, paypal addy)... keeps contact with seller via PM, E-mail and Cell Phone, so creates thread to warn others of potential scam.
-Seller states wasn't him and that his my350z and personal accts were hacked into, so he states someone was impersonating him...
-Seller decides to go on the offensive and slams that he's the victim and that he's losing $9k of his own money, not OP.
-Mods and other supporting members bring questionable posts to thread via My350z and other car forum (Lotus) which question the validity of seller, such as a thread in the Lotus forum stating he's broke and can't afford his car payments any longer, so he needs help:

Yea, I got that. I'm just saying that alot of them had problems, and it probably wasn't his fault that it was messing up. He might have not even known it was defective.
