BE WARNED!!! TheBlackPearlZ is a fraud and scammer!!!
Well I reading more on the Lotus Talk threads, and noticed that someone here posted that he tried selling his LE-37's again... well that post for his LE-37's on LotusTalk was essentially done around the same time as his posting about his Lotus on the my350z forum...
If the mods would compared the postings IP addy, that should give clear cut evidence of it was him or not posting the scams.

GOD, Im so upset right now, all i want is my money back in order to get my wheels, now the freaking $2300 is probably going to be locked down for many monthes since this doesn't seem to be solved in a short period of time....... OMFG, im so sad now 
I can not believe that I can do nothing, but wait when theres a fraud like this scammed over 10+ ppl with money over 20k......this is just unreal, wheres the justice?

UPDATE
I just spoke to another Paypal agent regarding this matter. She told me all I have to do right now is wait until the 1/22/09 which is the limit for the seller to respond, if he doesn't respond by then, they will take this very seriously and go ahead put his account into negative, then going for collectors until the fund is cleared. They will go further to work this with police departments and law enforcements until they get the funds back. Worst scenario would be them taking away everything he has (houses, cars, whatever belonging to him) to give us back the funds.
She also told me ic3 takes this very seriously, it just takes 1-2 week for them to responde to us, she also told me if he is really under the army organization, he is goign to get as much troubles as he would imagine regarding this whole case.

Call this BEING PARANOID, but if you closely examine this guys posts, I wouldn't be the Least Bit suprised if this guy was a troll (BlackPearlZ)... Questionable posts IMHO? He says he is waiting for result, yet he has claimed he has lost $2500? I am a skeptic, I don't believe his ****..... Review his posts if u care to, I smell Troll....
I know it's hard to do right now, but just relax and don't stress yourself anymore. This **** will get solved, whether I go get his *** or the policia does. If this drags on longer than the dates given to you, then that's when all hell breaks loose. The flamer will get it sooner rather than later. Just keep your hopes up and your worries down for now. His life will be ruined and that is a fact.

"the story goes a guy tried selling some gears for 100 bucks and advertised them as new. another guy is interested and sends him the money.
seller edits post for 125 as the asking price after buyer sends the money. claimed it was a typo. seller recieves cheque and cashed it in even tho he knows it's only for 100 and decides he won't send parts until he gets the extra 25
so everyone on POR jumps in threatening the seller to send the goods or else, seller doesn't and tells them all off. POR members are plenty including postal workers, military, lawyers, and police officers etc and dig up the dirt on the seller, he is accused of mail fraud being the most serious amougst other things but others dig up dirt on him. the info they found on this guy was impressively thorough. pictures and writups on him and his family, satellite photos of his home, past vehicles he's owned, every forum he's been on and kicked off of, even yearbook photos.
eventually the buyer caves in after he finds out the guy was gonna email all the info to his parents on what's happening and sends the parts but then he decides to come clean and mention that the parts aren't quite new as he said so that opens up a new can of worms, that's where I decided to take a break and grab me a beer so I don't know what happened after that."

OMFG!!! I just read all 44 pages and suupper tired. Beautiful nerd- I would just sit back and read for a bit. This is a really SHADY/SH*TTY situation. Sorry for everyone at a loss right now.
