WTF? OK, so your money was taken from the PayPal account. You agree that it was there. So where are the wheels? No one cares what happened to your money. Just so long as the OP gets the parts he paid for. Or were the wheels being kept inside the computer too?

 

So wait let me get this straight. Someone stole your passwords, figured out your bank routing information in order to do wire transfers (assuming you didn't for some godforsaken reason email yourself this info; in which case you need to get slapped hard) and/or had physical access to say your physical checks or banking statements, was knowledgeable enough on Z's and aftermarket items for it to have conversations in private messages with other users about potential sales, and had physical access to your computer (Same IP???). AND all this happening while you were twiddling your thumbs somewhere? I don't know about your bank but when I start doing big *** transfers like that, that is way different than what I normally do, they call me physically to verify. Plus if you even mention to paypal you may have been compromised, they put your account on lockdown immediately pending investigation. Forget scammer, this guy sounds like an effin ninja. A psychic ninja that drives a Z no less.

 

the OP is gonna get his money back is what hes gonna get. and its gonna come out of my pocket one way or another.

the cops are on their way here right now for the third time today.

why would the police be coming to your house? This is something you would have to go to the station for...

post police report # that was given to you when you initiated the investigation...

 

yes those were me. and those situations still exist. and this puts me in the hole even more.

you knwo what though. im tired of arguing with you guys over this. i GOT FUKCED HARD...im losing over 20k here from 4 different forums. 9k from my OWN bank account. and A LOT of you have known me for months.

you can believe what you want. cops are taking care of all this and when its all resolved and the guy who did all this is caught then you can all kiss my ***.

i am trying to be a man about all this all day long on every ****ing forum this happened on and ive had it.

 

Bad BS, why the hell in the world you withdrawn money from your paypal when obviously you didn't sell or should be recieving any money?? If theres 10k all the sudden appeared in my paypal, i will just call them and figure out what happened, instead of withdrawing all the moeny and thinking WOW i hit a lottery and i can just use those money appeared on my account. Stop making lame excuses, you are already a criminal by withdrawing these money that wasn't belong to you.

 

not necessarily. I had some crazy sh*t go down involving computers, and the police came to me. They sent it to a computer crimes specialist.

because they told me to call and theyd come back if any more instances occurred today. its been an on going thing all day.

its not just my350. its lotustalk. its music forums. ebay. and a few others...some ppl 200 some ppl 2500. some ppl 5k.

i have no idea whats going on til today when i got back to school on my own computer and started checking my emails.

and yea, why would the police come to your house to talk to you about a financial matter??? thats something they would have you come in person to do.

like weve BEEN saying, you can clean your slate if you POST THE CASE NUMBER GIVEN TO YOU. since the police are there now, you should have it. no excuse. YOUR NEXT POST SHOULD BE THE CLAIM NUMBER, NOTHING ELSE

 

um, he supposedly doesnt have the computer so there would be nothing for them to take...

also, he is failing to provide a police report which is something he would have gotten right away.

you maybe friends with him, but sometimes friends let you down.

 

Hey Guys,
I bought his greddy twin kit and the standalone from him and the same thing has happened to me. I put in a claim on paypal and the items were supposed to be here last week, same thing with not getting tracking numbers. This is some B.S and the same thing with his phone with it not being a working number. Now its monday and still no packages. How many people on here know this guy, what kinda guy steals money like that with over 2,000 posts. This is ridiculous.

 

the OP sale was almost a month ago... you didnt notice you had no money in your acct when you went to buy a cup of coffee?? gas?? take your girl out to dinner??

 

But the whole thing started from a computer, and documents on that computer. It is VERY likely that the police would come to him. I honestly don't have a CLUE what's going on or what went on here, but people need to realize there's more than just 1 scenario.

Wouldn't he have mentioned this earlier on here? How come this is the first time we're hearing about this when someone finally complains. Looks bad. Especially when he's having financial issues on paying for his Lotus.

 

I've just had something like this happen to me before, so I definitely see it from both perspectives.
