For one he's playing an import game that was never released in the US, but you can find them on ebay
second I believe he said in another post that he turned TCS and VDC off lol.
But isn't it impressive how realistic video game graphics look these days, it almost looks like a real video lol.

You can drift in GT3, it just requires some creative tuning.

Yes It is possible to drift in GT3. Super Slick Tires and some other suspension settings and such...But that video is not of GT3. When GT3 was released, the Z was only in concept form at the time, and this is reflected in GT3. You can only get the LeMans Sunset Z Concept car in the game. There is no "350z" in GT3. You cannot buy the Z concept either, you must get all golds in the IB license tests to obtain it. But Fully tuned the Z Concept produces over 500 hp NA. It's one of the better cars in the game. Quite nice if you ask me.
that is GT3 "concept" which was only released in japan, it had the same game engine and graphics as GT3 just with some extra cars...GT4 will look amazing and a lot better than that video

And YES it does have the production 350z in it. The other 2 GT3s were Gran Turismo 3 Concept 2001 Tokyo & Gran Turismo Concept 2002 Tokyo-Seoul. I have played 2 of the 3 concept games. Still don't believe they exist, then just do a search on Yahoo or Google and you will see tons of results.
Here is a link to some car specific setting for drifting in GT3. These will give you a good baseline but it all comes down to personal preference. I usually run medium on super soft racing slicks on the front and normal tires on the rear.
After you find the setting that feel right it all practice, practice, practice.
Same link bk_r0x posted but GameFAQ won't let you directlink so you'll have to copy and paste -

So who made the song?
Dave Rodgers is the DJ that did "Beat of the Rising Sun". It can be found in "Initial D - D Selection 3", which you can find at [link]http://us.yesasia.com/en/PrdDept.aspx/pid-1000023956/did-96/code-j/section-music/[/link]
