updates? what exactly was the final set up for the crank trigger?
did you get your trans adapter from Collins in sarasota? He says you can just use the vk56 flexplate sandwiched with 350z clutch and flywheel using arp extended flywheel bolts and that will get the car started on stock ecu. True? seems like you tried that and it didnt work.

I got my adapter plate from Joe at Drift Atlanta. The issue that the shop ran into was with using the ring gear off of the flex plate is that the crank position sensor in the " stock location " was not exact enough. They're going to be trying a different route to see where it goes. The car was started and ran on its own power but the power numbers were low and the power range as cut dramatically short due to timing issues from my understanding. At this point I am just waiting to see what happens when they try the next modifications. I will also be getting power steering this go round, as well as an adapter to put the shifter back into the stock location. Sorry there hasn't been an update in a while. I started my own company and have been busy with that. Fever Racing in Tampa has taken over the swap.

The lines of the hood actually match up with the dash where the black and grey are. Thanks for the tip. I may consider doing something different when I get another hood.

1/3 of 2015 is gone and it seems like this swap won't even be relevant when it's completed.
