I know about how far i can push it before true empty is emminent. But one time recently I got confused and lost track and ran out of gas on my way to work. Stupid!! I don't remember how much was on the trip meter. I always reset it if I fill it all the way up, though.

On my way to vegas from socal, My Z drank a little over half a tank of gas. It amazes me that just 11 gallons of fuel can push a 3300 lb. car with 2 adults over steep mountains and hot deserts at 80 mph with the AC blowing while covering 260 miles.

If you ever tried to push your car a few feet, you know what I mean.

I've put over 400 miles on a tank twice. I don't remember the exact mileage, because I didn't think much of it at the time except "do I have to get gas now or can I make it to the gas station by home?!"

You'll be amazed at how easy it is to push a car by the wheel instead of the body. On flat ground, walk to the rear wheel of your Z and using make 1/10th the effort you would to move the car by pushing it by the bumper...and simply push on the tire thread in either direction. This is how I roll my Z out of my garage to wash it on a given day to avoid starting it cold for a few seconds just to get it out of the garage.
