Default GTech runs, coming soon.

Tomorrow night I plan on heading over to my private test track (read "industrial area!") and do a few GTech'd 1/4's. My little MR2 Spyder ran a 14.8 on a Gtech and a 14.9 for real at Fontanna so I think the G is fairly accurate. I bet I get a 13.4 out of the Gtech with 1/4 tank of gas and no spare no tools. What do you guys think??

I'd say 13.5 or higher but it would be great if you saw low 13's.

Wink Gtech Pro

Is it the new one or the Pro. I did many runs 2 years ago with the Gtech Pro while at the track and it was always within 1/10th of a second of the actual time at the track. It would be interesting to see what you get. Also, it is very important to enter the exact weight of your car so maybe you can go to a scale at a junkyard or truck stop to weigh the car....

You'll eat your cats? Man, you're one sick puppy. Best hope PETA doesn't see this post, they'll protest at your house and throw paint on your new Z.

13.4? You'll also need a NOS sticker to do that!

Let me give you a little further info. Road and Track said the 1/4 mile for my MR2 Spyder was 15.6 yet I ran a real 14.9 at Fontana, and a 14.8 on the Gtech. The car only had an 8th of a tank, and no tools or spare, but that was it. I am hoping for similar improvements tonight. I am gonna leave the tools and spare in, but still, only about 1/8th tank. In a few days I'll go back and do it with no tools/spare. I am doing this solo at night so a camera is pretty impractical, especially if I need to bone out because of the cops!!! Conditions will be about 60 degrees and sea level, so I am expecting some good numbers. I am not going to torture it. Just 1 or 2 runs on this car with 700 miles. Results should be about 1.5 hours away from now.

I am not going to try and calculate HP so I don't need the weight. It's the Gtech Pro.
