2002 Corvette to 350Z ??
Anyone done this? Gone from a Corvette to a 350Z?
It doesnt have to be EXACTLY 2002.. but a C5 Vette to the Z?
I am looking to get a 350Z .. I had a 300ZX many moons ago.. (was a 1986 model) .. and that damn thing was SOOO friggin reliable that I honestly never forgot about it... and ofcourse it was fun.
After a bunch of motorcycles I bought a 2002 Vette... which was a big friggin piece of crap... maybe I got unlucky.. but there was ALWAYS some problem with it.. some Engine light was always going on.. or some random Click, Bang, Swoosh or buzz was always happening.
The Good about the Vette is that it went like Stink.. its power was always enough to make me smile.
So I was curious if anyone had done this and what their thoughts were.
ALSO... has anyone driven the 300hp Z (2006 model) right before or after driving one of the 287hp models? Can you tell the difference?

This is such a biased forum. Of course everyone here will tell you to get the Z . . . this is a 350Z forum. DUH!!! Go out and test drive the Z. If you like it more than your vette, then make the purchase.

A guy that lived two buildings down from me had a 2003 or 2004 vette.One day I came outside to go to work and I see a 350z the same color as mine.Later on that week the guy walks up to me as Im getting out of my car and says man after looking at your car day after day I had to get one.I have a 06 and have driven a 04...didnt really feel much different.

i test drove an 07 when i was looking and ended up with an 03 track Z for a good deal. The torque feels the same.
But of course it's going to feel a little slow compared to a C5...

performance and looks to the c5 vs 350z id choose 350z reason why is
350z is better looking then 98-04 vettes and from past experiance i raced a 04 vette
when i was stock and i took him by 2 cars.. so performance goes to the Z and looks..
go with a Z :/
the chicks dig vettes more

My dad has a 99 C5 and I have a 03 track and we swap cars all the time...I love the power of the vette but I love my Z wayy move cause of handeling and just all around comfort...I want the vette motor in my Z!

DE vs REVUP?difference?i wouldnt buy a REVUP..if anything i would get a HR..you could find a steal easily...i got a DE...its still up to the driver..lol.i know dudes with HRs that run 14s...all on you..
. zs are fun though, but ive never driven a vette.
