Opinions wanted: trading my wrx for 350z

Having lived in CO myself, and driven both a Z and a WRX Sti I should tell you that there are definitely more days where the Z has to stay inside than the WRX. Sounds like it isn't an issue as you have the Dodge ram, but the amount of days of ice, the random rain we are getting right now, our worthless potholed roads, etc. are something to factor in.
ALSO, keep in mind that you are moving to a NON FI vehicle, so due to our elevation you can expect about a 20% power loss which is REALLY noticeable. I've run a few times up at bandimere and the Stis and EVOs clean up, as they are FI'ed and don't suffer the same loss. That said, when you do take your Z down to sea level it feels like a completely different vehicle.
All in all I prefer a Z...but CO isn't always as nice. Good luck either way!

Of course he wants to trade his stock Z for your ride. He doesn't have to do much of upgrading it. While, his Z he hasn't done nothing to it except beat the shiit out of it.
Dings, scratches, cracks in the bumper. What else is wrong with it that he is not telling you?
I would not trade for it. 4K and his car maybe.

A z definitely looks better, and that seems to be what you're looking for. the only subys I see on the road are driven by little kids, so I can understand why you want to trade. Yours seems to be tastefully modded but IMO it'll never look as good as a well done Z. Seems like this guys z is a little f'd up. So just find a better condition one and then trade. If you sc or turbo the z without building the motor you can expect to put down around 400 horses which should make you happy and in a much better looking car.

I love my Z. It is a 05 Enthusiast model. I bought it for $15000 cash w/ 27,XXX miles. I think you should really check into YOUR car's worth. (edit I think yours may be more) You have a very nice car, bro :thumbs up: Don't do something you'll regret. Z is great though, 3rd favorite car I've ever owned

I have seen MANY WRXs that are faster than non-FI'd Zs.

that greddyZ350 dude is such a tool....
anyway
your wrx is really clean, i like it, but the Z is way sexier...you will enjoy the Z, but id get a high rev if you could, try and sell the subie instead of trade for an 04, then purchase an 06+ it will be plenty worth it
