Sorry but every accident post always turns into misinformed bashing. It's kinda sad but I guess I'll bring it down a notch.

You know, I have been reading all of the posts regarding insurance paying out, and I have to say, I have never heard of anyone getting denied because they were at fault. Canceled - yes. Denied, no.That would mean that if you received a ticket for the cause of the crash, you will not be covered? I find that difficult, more like impossible, to believe. And per usual in these threads, I have not found one post by an actual insurance agent - instead, it is everyone's neighbor/cousin/friend/whoever with all this knowledge. "It must be true, I read it on the Internet". LMFAO

Intelligence has somehow leaked into this thread.

In California on I-5 there are many many birdstrikes in the daytime. You'll probably see a flock of birds every 5 minutes fly across the freeway. Seldomly do they ever hit cars but people attempt to dodge them and cause accidents. Gotta get the enviromentalists off the road

Misinformation is one thing, and I'm hoping that's what you meant.

Bashing is different. OP is getting bashed for failing at life and being proud of it. There's a difference.

BTW, I agree that he'll probably get paid.

I also agree that a Fraud Agent WILL at least look into this, but it remains to be seen if anything will come of it, other than the steamy pile of pooh nuggets this thread has produced thus far....

Either way, I hope everyone's happy with their adjusted rates after yet another reported "curb" accident in a Z by some punk F&F wannabe....

Still waiting to hear if the insurance is going to total it, yes I had full coverage.

I don't see where anyone said they were going to commit insurance fraud in this op? I think the fact there were cops (accident report) involved and NO TICKET issued the op has a good shot at getting "something" from the insurance company... hopefully a vasectomy

BUT I am CERTAIN that no one bashing in this thread has EVER done anything stupid in whatever car they have ever owned??? Maybe his humor about the wreck is really to cover the great sense of loss and sadness he feels for destroying the only thing he ever really loved?

I've done stupid stuff in cars before - even went off-roading near the Dragon at ZDayZ 2005 - lucky, no damage. But I didn't take pics and show off it to the world. Pretty sure that is why the OP is getting bashed. And it is a godawful stupid picture, ya gotta agree.

Well Sigmund Fraud, first off, no one here bashed him for doing something stupid. He is getting bashed for doing something stupid in a residential neighborhood that could have killed someone other than himself and for doing something stupid that could potentially *** over us other Z car owners.

Secondly, is it your opinion that you can only get on someone if you yourself have never done the act? Is there no value in learning from other people's mistakes.

If you notice, the OP hasn't come back. Maybe we want a forum that doesn't promote or include people that risk other's lives and wallets. Mission accomplished!
