Can i beat an 2008 350z?

I have a 2005 MT 350z with cold air intake,true dual exhaust, and 5/16 plenum spacer, my buddy got an STOCK 2008 MT 350z, we decide to race from 15mph since we both not really good at launching, so wat is the chance of me win/lose?
