tcs light stays on after hard corner

tcs light stays on after hard corner
I have noticed and read before i have spun out and the tcs and slip light stay on. and somebody has told me that isbecause as soon as one tire starts to spin in the opposite direction or something like that. but now i have noticed if i accelerate in a straight line hard or take a turn to hard it comes on and stays on now I am kinda confused any ideas ?
