YOu can get a used set of testpipes and jwt popcharger for that price.

1. Used TP-$70
2. Used Popcharger-$80

If your going for looks get a set of wheel spacers
1. Used wheel spacers -$200 for all 4 wheels

3/4th of a rear tire
detail it
front and rear wheel spacers
pop charger
plenum spacer
test pipes

your options are pretty limited with 200$. I hope you understand how silly it is to ask about what you can do to the Z with that amount.

Realize $200 will not buy you anything worth a crap for a Z. Then keep saving.

That's what I would do with it.
