save your money. Take it from me and anyone else who has done small mods to the Z. Either go FI or don't bother modding (unless you want a loud cop magnet). Just my .02.

Dynotune nitrous kit @ 100-125hp
Standalone LC-1 Wideband controller w/ dynotune a/f cutoff switch
Window switch set @ 4000-7000rpm
ARCHeat bottle warmer
2-step colder plugs (NGK)
MSD Digital 6+ ignition (single stage timing retard set to -4 degrees on the juice)

That should cost you $1200 with the wideband installed, but you'll have to wire up the rest of the stuff yourself. If you are halfway decent with electronics, this should be a piece of cake.

Put the other $1300 towards a plenum spacer and a clutch if/when you burn the stock one up.

Now go whoop some v8's.

coilovers w/o wheels will not look good. HIs stock wheels will disappear inside those huge wheel wells lol. I say wheels first then coilovers/springs.

Strongly consider New JerZ and the others recommending that you save the $2500 and leave the car as is. In the future, a dead stock Track will hold it value better than a modified Z no matter what was spent on add-ons. If Nissan felt that it could add turbos and/or suspension modifications to the car, it would would have sold them as optional upgrades. Instead the company focused on selling a very solid and reliable sports car that one can drive on a daily basis without frequent and expensive trips to a mechanic. Even without mods, the Track model is a pretty amazing vehicle.

Pay 25 smoking hot girls $50 each to ride around with you in it for a week. That way you have a full summer of driving covered, you meet a new hot girl each week, will probably get laid at least 10 times, and spend the other $1250 treating the ladies to dinner/movies/fun things so they will come back to you whenever you want in the future.

Return on investment FTW
