Funny that this is what it ended up being. I passed by this the other day and did not end up buying it on the "i should ask my350z" thought lol

Now I have to see how to sand prep the cubby, with that texture, maybe I can use adhesive promoter and spray it..

There are a few threads on fixing the scratches, one in particular is really good, he shows the progress.

"Just search for it." lol

So you just ground the wire that's supposed to go to the e-brake? Sounds too good to be true.

Try it. You may like it. LoL
I've wired a couple of units and is fine. I actually just wire it w the ground wire(black) on harness. You guys can buy the "bypass" crap if you want to spend the money. Some people wire it to a toggle switch etc. whatever floats your boats.

I have always just connected it to ground on the harness (looped back)

As far as what I did with my car yesterday, nothing but drive it. Amazing how well it drives when the end links are properly attached.

I removed my rear splash guards (mudflaps) yesterday. Tried buffing where the lines used to be. You can barely see them but I'll probably hit up AutoZone today and buy a stronger compound to buff with. And since I have the day off, I may go for a little drive.

Thanks curran!! One of my FAV mod on the Z is the BBK.
*****-nothing major just had a a little dent and I've had this fender for a while but just now got a chance to test fit before I paint it.

You guys be careful w DVDs playing while driving. Huge fines if caught.

Tried to put down a huge payment for my built motor, but the bank declined it. Getting the wife to call them later so i can pay for this thing.

Edit, Everything is paid in full. Forced induction is expensive. Just waiting on parts to arrive. Guess i should make a built motor vortech set-up in the FI section soon.

On the newish pioneers, the connection needs to be broken after start up. Some people do the toggle switch method, but that requires you to remember to throw the switch on then off before playing the DVD. I did the relay, which handles the issue without having to do anything.
