Well i got away with not getting a ticket, then took the Z to my shop lifted her up, dropped the oil put some good Mobile 1 in with Nissan oil filter, and balanced all 4 wheels.
Got the car back from the body shop. Had dropped her off on Nissan's expense for smashing up the floorboards. Boards look good. Found a new ding/chip right on the fender above the wheel. Damn my luck with cars. Damn my OCD. Damn all.
I've got a billion of them on my hood and fenders. I officially riced it out a few weeks ago when I filled all of them in with a black sharpie. You'd be surprise how much you can't see them anymore. This is different though, it's like a "ding" with a chip. So the light refracks differently and you can tell the body is dented in. It's a needle in my OCD eye. Make the pain stop. gahhhhhhhhh
Read and cleared codes on my Altima and my Z using my phone. Yes, using my phone. Both had a CEL. New andriod app called Torque Pro allows you to plug in and monitor your car and various sensor data. G/F brother bought a ELM 327 plug in that utilizes bluetooth so we were wireless during the whole process as well. Mind blowing.
