Got my Veilside lip yesterday. I need to get it fitted and painted. Doesn't line up perfectly and I'm missing the Veilside emblem that goes in the middle.

Just received my new KY0 06+ front bumper yesterday. Already wrapped my grill inserts with 3M 1080 Carbon Fiber. Debating on wrapping the lower lip with it as well.

It looks so much better than the 03-05 front bumper.

How's the color match? I've read KY0 is really hard to match

It looks pretty good IMO, especially not having anything to match from my Z. I offered my gas cap buy they said don't bother.

I'll post pics later tonight or tomorrow.

Sorry to hear about crossthreading... That sucks. I will say, however, you just made up my mind for me. I was planning on getting my intake manifold either polished or coated but I wasn't sure if it would look good. I now know

five, nine hour days of sanding!? i dont think you did it the right way. i would have bought some kind of electrical something lol. but hey it looks awesome

edit: all the bolts in there are stainless so you should get a wire brush for an electric drill and polish them out too. or check out the diy engine bay thread to add some different color

i did the same thing with my plenum. i feel your pain. haha

i had some stripped strut bar nuts, i drilled and tapped for a 12x1.75mm. i doubt ill strip these out anytime soon.

btw, body harness wires have been tucked since pic.

It's a more or less 3-12 not really all those hours.. yea I've checked it already and have seen some real nice ones.. I'll see what I come up with probably won't be doing tooo much.. Maybe fluid caps and thought abt having the V6 3.5 along with the other covers letters painted red and a CF cooling plate?
