The guy above me NismoK has a thread "Project Nismo TT with almost the identical setup minus the oil cooler and had a good experience. You should give it a read. I've heard of countless success stories with the HR and the GTM kit. It's mostly why I went with them. Only thing is the fitment isn't perfect and also expect to wait atleast 2 months after you order your kit. From what Z1 has told me this kit was meant to be put on with the engine out. Makes it much easier. If Z1Motorsports is saying its a solid kit, I trust them.

Yeah I finally got in my GTM stage 2 kit a week or so ago. I haven't started a build thread yet but I've included a few pictures on here.

Build list so far:
GTM stage 2 tuner kit
600cc injectors and walbro 255 fuel pump
Turbosmart wastegates with 10 psi springs
GTM 25 row oil cooler kit
Defi boost and oil temp gauge , Innovate A/F gauge and monitoring system

Parts I'm still shoping:
Clutch kit and HD slave cylinder(not sure what to go with for 400wtq. Want something under $1,000)
3" exhaust (I've come across someone selling his 3" APS exhaust. Thinking of going with it.)
Well hurry up, you're getting us all excited lol
looking forward to this build!

Lol, So busy I wasn't sure if if I would make a build thread of progress. I thought of just making a thread presenting the finished car and specs, with a few pictures of parts and stick it in the Nismo section. Whatever I do I need a better camera. Phone pictures FTL.

Awesome, Good luck with it all, I expect you will more than happy with the finished product!!!

I really, really like the OS Giken Twin setup I got, but it is definitely not a cheap setup.....

Put on an Injen SES true dual exhaust. It's louder than I thought it'd be, probably due to the HFCs, but sounds good none-the-less.

didnt do it for my Z today, but did it monday.

Cracked whip.

Called shop.

Gave a "Friday ...Im picking it up in shambles or complete, either way..FRIDAY" Ultimatum.

The result is a nearly finished car ready to drive home, clean and register.
Obviously, it needs a wash, a hood and for all the underhood panels to go back on, but yeah, this runs and lights are all plugged abck in, body is back, fender liners and zspeed tray are in.

Fun times with compression rod bushings. Soaked them every night in pb blaster for 3 nights since they wouldn't budge Tuesday. Today hit them with a torch and the driver side broke free pretty easily. Passenger side still would not budge, but after removing the front strut and twisting the arm back and forth it finally broke free and worked its way down. I've since cleaned the studs up and hit them with rust converter, then anti seize.

Ordered the rest of my interior.

Concept Z Performance:
- Lid Cluster Cubby
- Cubby Lid Finisher
- Cubby Lid Mat
- 5 Common Clips (clips in the engine bay)

From my local Nissan dealership since I get discounts:
- Rear Strut Bar Z Finisher - My buddy cracked it from his laundry basket.

Interior will be done this coming week. Then onto body work which I cannot wait.
