Tightened my toe arms back up tonight. I think that I may have to apply some loctite on the bolt to keep them from coming loose if it happens again.

Jeezus, those wheels are bigger than mine and still lighter. Now I'm angry...

Maybe it's time to start looking at a new set of wheels since I've had my current ones for at least 7 years. It's time for that itch, right? Right?

I also read the oem nismo wheels were 21lbs F and 29lbs R.. if that's true then there's ~15-16lbs right there then whatever your new tires weigh, etc...

Relative to the baseline stock wheels the dyno results show the light weight wheels gained a peak power delta of +23.94 HP @ 4.2 seconds.
Relative to the baseline stock wheels the 20" heavy wheels lost 15.83 HP.
The max delta between the 17" and 20" wheels was 39.77 HP @ 4.2 seconds into the dyno run.

remember that the area under the curve is more important than peak values! Getting up to peak hp sooner means more time spent making said power. Less rotational mass means a shorter climb to peak power.

But yeah, I don't see how it would INCREASE hp.

Sure understand it perfectly, but still doesn't correlate with a claim of gained horsepower.

It would increase whp because there wouldn't be as much drivetrain loss from weight.

Getting her ready for Willow Springs after a 6 year hiatus. Can't seem to find my HJC helmet though. Just waiting on the custom brackets to install everything.

$25 Hayden power steering cooler, one of the best cheap mods. Undetermined as to when I'm going just planned on sometime in 2014. Might go to the meet this Saturday, you?
