I used to be but I kinda grew tired of it. Did the twisted sisters run,... a few back, probably took a little life out of the VQ.

I linked up with Joe and Darrell@ http://www.sanantonioautorepairservice.net/
darrel pulled the engine for me and has agreed to walk me thru the entire breakdown back to the real assembly. And something Ive always wanted to do, 'build my own engine'. just sent off the heads yesterday and I pulled the pistons and polished the timing chain cover.

oh... and planning on painting the engine bay black. painting my valve covers caliper red and gonna paint the plenum black

Trying to spend less than a grand. I already have the SPC rear camber/toe bolt.
Tokico blues are just OE replacements. If thats what you want you can also look into KYB GR2, those are also OE replacements.

Why not coils? Tons of coils under a G.

Getting the sweet hook ups from a buddy who is selling his Z. He's giving me his unused Motordyne XYZ pipe and some Berk test pipes. Stoked!

Isn't that a lot of miles for an oil change?
