What have you done for your Z today?

How did you run the wiring? If you don't mind me asking that is. Did you have to lift up any panels or anything? If you could PM some pics on you ran it I would greatly appreciate it

Insuranced my car on rock chips due to "incident". Bumper will be resurfaced repainted for chips and license plate holder, install of customized chargspeed bumper, and door handles to be painted. Boom that just happened!!!

Curious.

I wouldn't file a claim on anything unless it's severe enough to counter the increase in rates for the 3 year period.

It was a gravel truck raining gravel and sand on me!
Rock chips all over front bumper, hood, headlights, side mirrors, rear quarter panels.
Long story short, all of it has to be sanded prepped and painted, ALL OF IT.
How much would you charge of you were a body shop. Bear in mind, my Z needs to go back to OEM.

Dude, it's legit: driving home in the dark. It started raining hard, didn't think much of it, so I continued to drive, was listening to the radio. Then I realized, wait a minute the roads aren't wet AND THATS NOT RAIN!!!!

Today?
I'm starting my week long project. Installing chargespeed rep rear. Will be making the dual vents into single vent.
Soon after, installing swift spec r + Bilstein shocks. Also avant gard 19's.
Westcoast style Z (NorCal by way of SoCal)

Finally got a stereo for the bish.
I really wanted to dabble with the double din Chinese android units but after reading all the nightmare stories trying to get them mounted, I decided I didn't have enough patience. Plus I liked the idea of having a pocket underneath for my phone. Anyone else have a big phone and have no good place to put it when a passenger is in the car?
Install took longer than expected, getting that center stack back together with the HVAC box in the way is a ***** at night. I plan(ed) to use Bluetooth 99% of the time but wanted rear output aux/usb because I hate wires dangling around while I drive. Didn't want to drill into the passenger side dash/center stack or center console cubby because that would be awkward and if I ever had a change of heart I'd have a big hole. So I used the little trim piece for the cars without heated seats. Turned out pretty good and ordered some coiled 90 degree cords in the event I needed them.
Sound is better than expected. Makes me realize how crap the OEM unit is. I thought I'd be replacing the speakers immediately, but after hearing it I can definitely live with it for a while.
And one of the outside for good measure...
