What have you done for your Z today?
Got home. Installed Exhaust. Lots of driving.

As much as I want swift springs, I really just want to do Koni or Bilstien shocks and the rest of the mods allowed (pads, one sway bar) to race in stock class.

I love them on my Niz but thought I'd give 'em a shot on my '03 with a little more spring just for the halibut. Not likely to sell my Koni/Eibach set up though. After I play with the Nismos, will likely revert back and then have to find another car to put 'em on. Laff....
Mic, I’m interested in your opinion on the S-Tune springs. I believe they drop your car about ½ inch and provide a slightly softer ride than stock. I think they are very similar to the Tein S-Tech springs I put on my car.
Well, as a grand experiment, I'm going to run the S-Tune springs I just got on the Nismo shocks I picked up from a local good guy (fellow my350Z member) recently.

But right now, will probably put that on hold for a bit. Working on a work project that's giving me fits! Not on difficulty, on client wish-washness.... "Make up your mind already!!"
But who cares if they're paying me....

HR, price is relative. I got them as part of a package deal... they're 25k mile take offs so the wallet bite wasn't bad. Springs were inexpensive. Shipping from Japan was like a shark bite though. As much as the springs themselves. (But there were other bits in the box too....
I insulated my trunk and underneath the woofer today with FATMAT sound barrier.
I will be doing under the glove compartment and the doors in the near future.

Clutch was starting to slip a little on my '05 on my way back to work from lunch, so I ordered her the JWT clutch/flywheel combo
For those of you with the DE, did you replace the slave when you replaced your clutch? I upgraded the master last year with the Zspeed Wilwood kit when I was having clutch pedal drop issues. I know the overall consensus is to change the slave with clutch on the 07-08 since you have to drop the tranny to do it - just curious if I should do it at the same time on my '05.
Looking forward to doing this on jackstands in my garage...
