Clutch adjustment is highly debatable. 5 different people can drive the car and have five different ways they want it to grab

either way, make sure you install the bracket correctly!
i don't know if it's the same for you guys, but i can only pop the trunk if both doors have been unlocked. otherwise, it makes the noise but i can't lift it

And I watched several YT vids before even trying this. First one went on smoothly. The second one really made me question if I'd ingested too much lead paint as a child. Couldn't get it to turn properly to save my life. And then when I finally got it almost together I lost the locking pin. Luckily I took a bent up keyring and used a pair of needle nose pliers to fabricate a new one.

Did that on my car, too, and I couldn't believe how much nicer it was. At the time, the original parts only had 30K on them, so it's not like they were worn out. The Nismo damping is so much better-controlled, and the spring rates aren't too stiff for street use. Very happy with the results, and Nissan really should have used these parts on all the Z's.

Me and the lady friend rebuilt the front end for the 4th time to refit the new rad brackets I just got in. About 90% done now. Still have some figment issues I want to touch up before I call it good. But she's back to drivable.
Bending the brackets back to center to allow the core support and brackets to lign up properly. vvv
The before for people who don't know how much progress this is, this is where it started from

So I went ahead and thought I had a few hours I would knock out my spark plug install... Took pff the wiring harness, got my motivation up (always a little scared removing spark plugs) and welp....
Pulled off the first coil pack, and boom WTF...
Sooo I cleaned out the oil as best I could and put everything back together...
Guess I need some new valve cover gaskets.... Maybe ill get new spark plugs in then, so excited...

That sucks. I was thinking of changing mine out soon. They're the originals with 75k. Never owned a vehicle that required so much work to change plugs out. Lol. I have a revup but very little consumption. Wondering if I'll have a mess in there too....
i remember changing them on my 08, they were a pain.

It's my understanding that you don't need new coils though. So just a plenum gasket and plugs??? Assuming there are any issues such as the case with dboyzalter's.

There is no separate gasket on this engines. You need new valve covers and plugs

People have rigged spark plug gaskets but meh. Good luck with it holding for a while!
