Still working on the hood, pretty much all prepped for wrap. Just need to get the hood lined and and bolts tight, hood pins set and the one that is killing me, level. Looks like the OEM wiring on the drivers side is holding the hood up slightly

Switched up my tubos. PTE is hit or miss quality all over the internet. Tuner and adviser told me not to go , but Comp or Garrett.
So switching to Comp CT4X 6262 71 trim .82 A/R vband
Polished cover, black ceramic coat hot side and blue anodized wheel needle.
(2) at 1460HP capable
They're not used a lot on builds in our platform that I've seen so this will be cool and different. Great alternative to Forced or Garrett
SO. STOKED.

Rolled fenders on another Z, so nice to do it on a car about to get painted. No heat gun, no worries about cracking paint.
Will do more prep work on mine, got the side skirt off and getting it ready for wrap.

Tonight I'm taking off my new Turkish-made hatch struts that I bought off Amazon since they push the rear hatch up about 1/3" over the roofline at the B-pillars. I just ordered a different set from Australia. Meanwhile, my stupid hatch is staying CLOSED.
The local stealership wanted $192 for the right hatch strut and $187 for the left hatch strut + the $34 for the two studs + the $56 for the two mounts. After tax, that came to $512... for a pair of hatch struts. Yeah, right. I'd rather use a broomstick. Courtesy Nissan was only slightly better priced.

Installed a Z1 shift **** finisher finally after sitting for a few months.
Also finished installing the depo headlights with all Diode Dynamic leds + resistors. The light output is amazing compared to the 05- and should have done this sooner.
