The right tools make every job more pleasant... I jacked up car as pictured them had to tap on the end with a sledgehammer...
Im excited for all the snow to melt so I can get that subframe out and rip everything off it. At least I was bright enough to get that off before I ripped it off the car... Otherwise I would be buying an impact with more ***** then my 250 ft-lb 18 volter.

I actually would LIKE to own a 250 ft-lb 18 volter. The only battery-operated tool I have is a Hilti drill that I found in the middle of the road one day. I bought a charger for it and it works like a charm. There have been times when I've been sick of lugging the air hose around the car, but I swear, it does make turning nuts and bolts a breeze.

Hey if you got the axle nuts off I would consider that a successful Sunday. I failed multiple times at axle nut removal before I finally got it...
And rook dropping the diff just takes some time and patience... Start spraying that bolt now if your worried... The driveshaft bolts are more tricky, if you have some offset wrenches it will make life a little easier.

Got new tires and TPMS sensors installed and finally got the car back out of storage even if it was only for a day.
Tires are Michelin Pilot Sport 4S the next generation of the PSS. So far with maybe 50 miles they seem awesome. Good grip from the little I have tried and good steering feel with but surprisingly soft in a good way. They are quiet and ride incredibly well with minimal impact noise.
I will add a review to the tire thread once I have more miles and time on them.

Although I did just buy a new set of 17-19-21 thin wall wheel sockets with anti-gall sleeves so we'll see if I can do pit stop like wheel swaps.
Just bought a pair of Race Ramps jack ramps so now I'll eliminate my having to jack each corner and locating stands under it. Efficiency improved by 100%!

Like others have said soak the bolts all with PB blaster for a couple days before you go at it.................worst case scenario if it does not come off just use a sawzaw and a 9in metal cutting blade and cut it off....a new oem diff cover is cheap. A high torque air impact would be beneficial even though it didn't work for me.

But honestly, I don't watch any of these "adult oriented" cartoons, e.g., Simpsons, Family Guy, etc. I like to keep my intelligence un-insulted.
But I realize it's a generational thing... I had Porky Pig, Donald Duck, and Wile E. Coyote and that probably insulted my father's intelligence. Hahahahahahahaha!

I guess since we're roughly the same age (or at least same gen), there's something to be said. Laff....

I've heard all the theories about those old classics and I have NONE of the traits you mentioned above. I don't quite understand the logic but whatever, some millenial psychologist had to defend his/her ( < ===see, not sexist nor mysogynist nor homophobic!) thesis that touched on the effects of 1960's cartoons and the psychological damage they perpetrated upon the baby boomers.
Now Spongebob.....

My echo boomer kids are so-called "millenials". They don't watch those shows either. As a matter of fact, it was my 23 year old son who originally told me "that those shows (Simpsons, etc) insult his intelligence". I just agreed.
