Default Non-garage owners: where do you store your 350 during the winter?

I don't have a garage at my place so I've been racking my brain trying to find a place to hibernate the Nismo during winter.

I'd rather not pay Public Storage $300+ per month to rent a space so I'm thinking of just keeping it at my office's parking garage. It's huge, has plenty of space, is several floors underground, and a few others are doing the same thing I think (there's a vintage Corvette Stingray and 944 that don't move there now). My plan is to keep it there and put the parking permit on the dash and occasionally drive it in the winter when the weather is nice, i.e., no snow, salt, or sand.

So, my fellow non-garage owners, where do you keep yours during the cold months?

I just park it on the street.. When it snows it stays right there until it melts. Its not as limited as a nismo but i've done a couple things to it..
I bought it to drive every damn day .. **** that storing for winter BS..
I just worry about alternate side parking rules those SOB always gets me with tickets

I know a few who just put a quality car cover over it and let it hibernate all winter. I, too, drive mine all winter, except for fresh snow days. And that is without heated seats, although I do have a garage at home, just not at work.

Yeah I'm gonna be at my college house this winter and the only garage is for the downstairs familys '01 chevy cadavalier (lol) and my perfect condition Z has to sit on the street in the car cover.

But the parking garage idea would be great, its the best one i've heard. Although I'm probably gonna have to drive my Z occasionally this winter to get groceries and stuff like that..........I walk to my classes so no daily driving needed.

A garage is owned by someone. If security sees a vehicle parked long term, they will either ticket or have it towed.

unfortunately my house wont be built until the end of next year. i heard it damages turbo to drive under cold weather, not to mention the salt on the roads. so my pops was kind enough to allow me to use his carport but i will still be investing in a carcover. any suggestions where to get one that wont tear n that will still cover a invader/vielside ver3 wing?

I'm assuming you are in fort worth, texas

I lived there for 4 years .. when 1" of snow hits the ground (rarely) it hits news "blizzard of 200_"

and the airport goes nuts b/c they have no clue what to do with snow / ice .. haha
