Well, I was in the same boat before, but here is something I came up with

Evo-handles great, good acceleration, cheap interior
STi-FAST, good handling, FUGLY
Z-do I need to explain? Most people on this board are thinking the same, and I never regreted getting the Z~!

Read my post about me taking my Z to the track for the first time. I use to think the Z was a little too slow, not anymore.

Why are you guys splitting hairs over if this car is slightly quicker than that car? Get the car you really want. Truth is, put a better driver in the slower of the two cars you might be considering to buy and I bet the driver with some track time would beat you in the slightly faster car.

Keep in mind two things about the test. One, the Z is tested with the biggest crap tires avvailable I think and, two, a skidpad number does not indicate handling ability. Also, AWD is slower in the dry pavement than RWD. That's pretty known. If it were wet around a corner the EVO would laugh at the Z. But not in dry weather. Also, on the top end, 60 and up, Z will pull. From a roll, without the EVO dropping 5 grand, it will be very close. If the EVO uses the AWD to launch, he will out-accelerate the Z but at the expense of his drivetrain.

Buy a 6MT Z350 Machine and you will have no regrets. Make the mistake of not buying the Z and you'll always wonder what if? This car is fast! Sure a couple of cars out there are faster. That will always be the case with just about any car. but so what. I think most of'em are ugly and the rest are too much $. The Z is a special car. Not beacuse I own one, I thought that way before I did. It's rare that your expectations are exceeded in a product but the Z did. it smacks your soul. Those other cars make me wanna fart. Join the cult buddy. Trust Me...

A wise man once said: "There will always be a faster car, bigger boat, hotter chick. Make your decision and be happy with it."

I really don't understand the comparison of a two seater sports car to the 4 seater sports coupes. Its not all about HP and who has the fastest car on the street. When I hear that stuff I gotta think - grow up!

Of course you don't see those prices but believe me thats what they go for. People list them high...can't sell them for months because people would rather spend a little more for new. They end up moving them for much less than listed. If you cant get a used Enthuziast for less than 25K then you are doing something wrong.
