Not to offend you, but I cannot understand what you are saying nor going through, and I've tried reading through all of it. Please, cliff notes.

wow man..........you may end up having to suck up the 3 year warranty thing, but stand fast and hold to your guns and try and get it.

as for your car, just take it to a Nissan dealer and have them figure it out. no telling what they really did. so go with whatever warranty you have now and have them sync to the computer and let you in on anything and everything they find on your car.

Great....now I have a headache. Not many people are going to help because that was one of the hardest posts to read. Punctuate and split up the paragraph now and then.

Typical "I need help" first post. From what I got out of that (before I gave up), I would call Toyota customer service, and then the police.

not sure where the police are gonna help.........?? that seems like a lost cause.........

guy bought a used car and got the swindle.......whats new.......He should have crossed the Tee's and dotted the eyes before he signed anything.........Its his own fault...

If i read all that right............about the best you can do is hold to your guns about getting the 3 years as told........but dont hold your breath.......YOU SIGNED CONTRACTS for TWO and didnt read over the contract!!!

verbage is verbage........."oh, the used car sales man said" --- nothing matters but whats on paper.......

my thoughts are they are gonna try and work out a deal for free oil changes or some crap........

As for the airbag light, honestly, its to your best interest to just have it taken to the Nissan Dealer and get the entire car looked over and evaluated........

Take it as a learning lesson in life and move on...

Punctuation criticism is justified. I feel sorry or the kid. Didn't understand what he was singing (his fault), didn’t read the complete contract before he signed and was taken advantage of (nothing new).

OP, look under each seat, disconnect the wire harness and reconnect them, examine them for nicked wires or broken / bent pins. The car must go to Nissan and be looked at.

Good luck

Depending on Your States laws, you say your paper work has nothing checked for warranty, you may have them in the nuts on this. You have to sign either way.... accepting "no warranty" or the limited with the terms.
You need to do some fact checking or call an attorney for a consult

I agree with most of what has been said.

1. If you don't communicate any better in person than you did in your first post, then no wonder you have problems now.
2. Yelling at folks at the dealership just is going to create more issues for you as they will write you off as a looser.
3. You need to have the car inspected at a Nissan dealership to get the lights checked out. From the sounds of it, you may need those airbags and seatbelts.
4. You knew the dealership was flaky/shady and you still chose to do business with them. Sounds like you're a kid, so consider it a lesson learned.
5. You don't sound like you are going to be able to resolve this on your own. Either contact your state's attorney general, consumer affairs, or whatever, or just go and hire an attorney. Check to see if it is legal for a dealer to sell a car in an unsafe condition in your state. An airbag light would indicate an unsafe condition. If the copy of the paperwork that you have signed doesn't show that the number of years was checked, then they added that after you signed it. That gives you good grounds for resolving that issue.

Good luck.

Wait a week and discover everything thats wrong and get it fixed all at once...that way you don't have to write a million more sentences and you'll have all the problems settled. Time management...good luck, take it to Nissan, forget the dealership you bought it from, I've never been to the place I bought my Z since I bought it.

don't mind the brainless people.

But life does pretty much suck for you right now. I know all to well the shady a$$ dealers. I get customers all the time buying cars b4 we look at them and being raped blind. But like the saying goes "there's a sucker born everyday"

what i would do just to be a BIG BIG BIG BIG D!CK!!!!!! is take that **** back and tell them to SHOVE IT!!!!

get your money back and go home a worry free happy man!
