Default Need advice with paint / dealer

Well I took the car in for touchups on my front bumper and to fix the holes. They told me the front bumper would probably have to be resprayed due to the sanding/puttying of the license plate holes. I said ok.

NOw......is it normal for your car to be dirty after they paint it? I mean the car had fingerprints, dust all over it. There was a little dust on the inside too. They also got some overspray on my headlights it seems.

What should I do? Obviously their jacka$$ paint guy doesnt know how to do his job. I dont want them touching the car ever again.

Just need some ideas on how to handle this. Some people say the car looks better since the holes are gone. But damn, I could of just gotten a front vanity plate..

The overspray I can remove myself, but should I have to? I'm pretty pissed about this and may go seem them tomorrow. Should I request they pay for a REAL body shop to fix it

Don't remove anything....most dealers will have a body shop around the area do all thier work....not nissan themselves. I would go in there and make them fix it. Also ask them why they didn't wash the car. i wouldn't touch anything...leave the car the way they gave it to you

yea, they do have a bodyshop that does their work. However, for touchups (which I thought was all they were going to do) they contract some guy to come in once a week. He's the one that worked on it

If you can do it you should. I have had nothing but problems with people working on my car, I have realized if you want something done right you have to do it yourself.
