I was going to say around 5k. I just got hit last week by a truck in the same spot and had the same looking outcome. They are rewelding the back quarter panel and the total insurance payment was about 5 thousand. Driving a 4 door pontiac rental car with squeaky brakes now...being Z-less sucks!

they sell used quarter panels on ebay for cheap, thats sucks that the damage is so much, that could have been some nice twin turbos

Wow that hurt to see, I own an 03 DB myself.. The insurance company didn't just salvage it? or does it require a higher percentage of damage?

Good luck!

he hit it on the nose. rear quarters are the places you DONT want to mess up. i bought and repaired my z with really bad rear quarter damage (and unibody damage) and it took a lot of time and money to fix. let us know what the bill is when you find out

I got my car back 2 days ago, the total was $5900. needless to say it looks like a 10 year old put it back together so i took it back and the owner was...PISSED when he saw it...he said everything will be fixed. So im ok with it. The paint looks good. Ill post pictures up next time i wash it and its nice out.
